Poured from a 16 oz. can into my Buckeye Lake glass. No canning date.

Appearance: Pours a orange-brown body with a light tan colored head of tight tiny bubbles.

Aroma: For sure pick up on some green apple rind, cinnamon and a little vanilla; just like apple juice.

Taste: Getting a nice mellowness up front from vanilla, then straight into the cinnamon and green apple; a nice tartness from the green apple. Not quite like drinking an apple pie, but it sure is close.

Mouthfeel: Full flavor on this one, but with a nice dry finish.

Overall: A very tasty beer that comes through with the flavor profile you would imagine. Very tasty and would easily put down a couple of cans of this one in a sitting.

Thanks to @Sammyjaxxxx.

Appearance - Pours very nice clear brown with great off white head decent lacing.

Aroma - Very sweet green apple, pear, little brown sugar, cinnamon

Taste - Pretty cinnamon forward, there is a tart bitter fruit taste. The taste was a little off putting at first but i wont say it grew on me but after the first several sips the flavor became much better. I will say I liked the flavors much more as it warmed a bit the green apple and vanilla came out much more and the bitterness subsided.

Feel - Medium body, slightly bitter, the bitterness stays for quite a while after.

Overall - The aroma was really pleasing but the flavors seem a bit muddled and the bitterness is a little overpowering. I will say the flavor grows on you as you drink. It reminds me of a very dank IPA.

Poured from a 16oz can with no date

It is a slightly cloudy, bright amber-copper. Even with a moderately aggressive pour (at least by my standards) it produced a towering, thick foam like soapy head that is tan in color, and leaves some sticky lacing on the glass. Great retention. Leaves a solid layer on top the whole time.

There are aromas of cinnamon applesauce, sour green apple that reminds me of a Jolly Rancher, and some whole grain bread. I don't notice any distinct hops other than an earthy smell with a bit of spice. More malty overall.

Initially it tastes pretty malty and semi sweet with a decent amount of clove to rye like spice and some bitterness. A little bit of citrus flavor amongst the green apple, but more earthy, pine, bitter. It reminds me a little bit of Two Hearted, or some "old school" ipas. I can only describe it as raw, in a good way. Just a lot of depth.

The apple really carries all the way through and then the cinnamon shows up, especially in the aftertaste. Also some lasting bitterness and resin feel. The lingering flavor is very reminiscent of an Apple Cinnamon Nutri Grain bar if you have had one.

A little heavier bodied for the style and ABV, but the body is fine otherwise. Carbonation is average. It does have a bit of a crispness to it overall that the sour apple probably helps with.

A very interesting beer, but not gimmicky at all in the end. I highly recommend it.

Bottle to snifter.

LOOK: Beautiful clear reddish brown color. Big lasting white head.
AROMA: slight fruit aroma in the family of apple, pear, grape. No spice or breadiness which I would expect in something called ApBull Pie A La Mode.
TASTE: Light hops, touch of apple. There is a staleness that is unpleasant. Hair spray.
FEEL: medium carbonation, body is on the lighter side, but not weak.

Upon reading the can a second time, I see they do call it an IPA. The "Apple Pie" moniker makes me think more fruity and malty. There is some apple flavor, but it is faint. Not bad, but not my thing.

On tap at the Dog and Cask in Rochelle Park. Pours a ruddy, copper hue with minimal frothing. Hoppy, fruity aroma laden with hints of pine, caramel, and hops. Not bad.
