Appearance: cloudy golden yellow in color with a 1/2" head that lasts a while.
Smell: citrus and funk come through to the nose.
Taste: caramel, grapefruit, lemon, yeast, some funkiness and a moderate earthy bitterness.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Crisp throughout.
Overall: a nice farmhouse ale with a bit more bitterness than others.
