Cloudy pale orange appearance. Very light carbonation with around a medium body.
Aroma is lime, light mint, lime peel, corn grain, malt, mild earthy hops.
Taste is very similar to aroma but with a bitter dry citrus peel finish that lingers in the aftertaste.
This was a very enjoyable beer that went well with spicy food.

Bolero Snort Brewery "Moojito"
12 fl. oz. can "Best By 3/18/22"
$4.49 @ Total Wine & More, Cherry Hill, NJ

Notes via stream of consciousness: It's poured a hazy golden body beneath a full head of white foam. The aroma displays lime, mint, and a grainy and grassy malt base - no surprises there, huh? It's pleasant and welcoming. On to the taste... you guessed it! It's grainy and lightly sweet with a perfectly balanced combination of mint and lime. A delicate bit of acidity see-saws the grainy sweetness into a more lime-like territory. I wasn't so sure at first that this was going to taste like beer but it does. I will admit that the lime and mint are strong but the malt is still there. I should also note that it's hard to get an authentic lime flavor in a beer because you're dealing with acidity and bitterness in the juice. I'm guessing they've used just lime zest. Unfortunately what you end up with is kind of one-sided but what would you expect, a mojito is fairly one-sided, right? That's not necessarily a bad thing though, is it? There are plenty of times that I want a beer that I don't have to think about. This would be great ice-cold on a hot summer's day regardless of what you're up to. My only question would be how many of these could you drink in a row before you'd had enough of it. Seeing as how it's 4.5% that would limit me to about 6 but I think I'd want something different after two or maybe even three. I've kind of jumped ahead of myself here missing out on the mouthfeel; it's medium bodied and gently crisp. The head held well and it's left some nice lacing about the glass. I don't normally mention pricing in my reviews because it's really about the beer itself but this time I'll throw in that if it weren't so pricey I'd definitely consider buying more. I also don't blame the brewery because it must take a lot of lime zest to make it, and limes are expensive.

Pours a cloudy yellow with lots of foam. Smell is lime, salt, grassy notes. Taste follows with other citrus...it’s slightly tart and the mint is subtle. Medium fizz and it goes down easy.
