A: Buttery gold coloring has a slight haze with a heavy handed dose of micro-effervesce traveling quickly within. A fluffy cloud white capping is cushy above, with a strong retention and lasting appeal. Greal color, sharp carbonation, and a beautifully fluffy capping leaves a lasting impression.
S: Touch of dried corn ears, slight yeasty hop aroma. Fairly clean, modest intention with a bit of earthy hop flower pronunciation upon some warming.
T: Touch of sweet buttery corn and a sweet spicy czech hopping? Semi dry floral finish. Small yeasty factor, clean and balanced.
M: Good carbonation texture, sharp and tingly around the tongue's edges. Decent malt depth, a bit buttery and slippery.
O: Overall a very outstanding appearance, modest clean nose true to style, with a initial sweet barley malt flavor. The malting is strong supported by an equally strong helping of carbonation . Old school blue collar lager that is fit per style and is easy to drink and enjoy. Nothing wrong with that. Clean and crisp, refreshing on a hot humid jersey summer day.
