From the growler via the brewery in a snifter. This unique brew pours
a chill hazed amber tinged golden color with a decent head of white foam
that subsides to a thick ring and subtle lacing. Nose of floral rosemary,
lavender, lightly sweet honey malts, cracker, and lemon zest. Flavors
exceed the nose with a lemon zested honey malt touched with cracker
and wheat notes with a lavender and orange zest note on the rear.
Decent mouth feel; medium body, medium light carbonation, and a
lightly dry semi sweet and herbal finish.
Overall this is a unique take on a classic style.
