Solid IPA, really looks nice and has a balanced nose. The mouthfeel is somewhere between light- to medium-bodied, and the taste was mild for both the hops and the malts. Overall, it’s good, glad I have another on hand.

On Tap .. Pours a light hazy golden color with a good head Smell is floral, juicy with some pine/grapefruit . Taste follows the nose , citrus rind ,pineapple some pine resin. Mouth feel and tase were this in the finish, tasty but more like a session IPA

Giving the true Central Florida hop heads what they want, Big Storm Brewing offers a classic West Coast-styled IPA that highlights the sharpness of a good old fashioned hop bite.
Pouring a golden, slightly amber tinted color, Palm Bender floats a creamy eggshell froth before drawing the nose with a host of citrus, pine, herb and hay aromas. Floral to start, the sweetness soon follows in taste with a mild honey, agave, wafer character for a mild mannered malty upstart.
But the hops soon win the middle palate as they showcase the radiance of orange peel, pink grapefruit, botanical herbs and a pleasant grassy taste. Simple yet comfortable, the beer's malts soon relegate to a backdrop of support while the bitterness tightens its grip with the sharpness of pine resins, peppery grasses, leaf and limb.
Medium light in body, the beer's drying trek allows for a crisp, refreshing and off-clean bitterness that's decorated by over-worked hop astringencies and a finish of gin-like botanicals. A long and bitter aftertaste is peppery, woodsy and laced with those peppery resins.

Was expecting more hops on this one. Very drinkable, spicy hop flavor, corny malt flavor. Just no tropical fruit flavors or dankness, which I was kinda hoping for..

Not bad, but not particularly good either. It is a bit too thick for the style, and also has an odd, medicinal hop note I've detected in their beer before. Not as bad as some of the reviews imply, but mediocre.
