Water Spout Milk Stout pours a dense, coffee-colored head of great retention with pleasantly chocolaty, and coffee flavors. Both rich and soft with a minor crispness, the present sweetness of the lactose compliments its mild roast making it dark, delicious and easy to drink.

Poured into a pint glass on nitro at the brass tap Tallahassee. Pours jet black with mild brown accents around edges but still no light penetration. The moccasin colored head is thick and frothy looking and is doing to effort to deflate will have to get some sips in to comment on lacing(after the sips the beer leaves globs of lace running down the glass that settle back into the head once level). Smells sweet and chocolaty with some roasted notes. The taste is dominated by sweetness up front, milk sugar sweetness hits first that plays into milk chocolate then bakers coco and finally a mild roasted finish. Very clean beer although not crazy complex the flavor profile is very true to style and done well. I firmly believe that nitro beers have the best mouthfeel of anything else on the planet and this one agrees. This is liquid velvet that is a treat to imbibe, every sip leaves you wanting another and another and another.... All and all an excellent representation of the style and world class offering. The state of Florida is gaining more and more breweries , those who are not prepared for competition had better look out, A Big Storm is coming.
