Poured on tap into a pint at Brass Tap Midtown
Pours pale straw with a small amount of haze but basically very high clarity. Head made of sudsy bubbles last a short time and deflates to a sheet of foam with globs of lace. Looks appetizing. Aroma is sweet light grains some bread notes. Faint floral and herbal hops but aroma is light overall. Taste is sweet t begin with with a little dry cracker , slides into crisp citrus notes and grassy flavors. The finish is extremely quick and dry. The body is light but its supported by a good amount of carbonation which keeps it from being wimpy. All and all a great summer beer that still has flavor but gets points for optimum drinkability.
