A: The beer is very dark brown in color—close to being jet black. It poured with a narrow ring of light beige bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of sage are present in the nose along with some hints of chocolate.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a bit stronger flavors of sage.
M: IT feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly thin on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The sage definitely adds an interesting twist to the aroma and favor of this beer.
