Poured a seethru, dark brown (darker than mud or a penny) body with minimal head and no lace. Aroma has mild notes of herbal tea and sweetness like fruit. A little thick as the beer has something like a toffee maltiness and banana sweetness that is not cloying but strong, along with a spicy edge (not quite clove) as overall the beer is medium bodied and a little bready and herbal. Not a bad beer but seemed a little thin and then the finish is rather just flat sweetness.
