This is the freshest Carolina beer I've had the pleasure to drink. At a beerwalk, had them mark off a few of my allowed sample glasses just to "reassess" the profile. The hops are so perfectly ripe in this ale. The smell immediately lets you know what you're getting into. Nice effervescent carbonization. Bright and doesn't linger on the palate. Light, aromatic, herbal. Delicious.

Their once a year brew using hops grown on the brewery grounds. Nice orange color. Mild hop smell. Big bitter bite with lingering bitterness on the tongue. Resins. Nice job
Edit: Just had the 2016 version and its much different. Big hops smell and flavor. More balanced. Much better
