look: 4 | smell: 3.75 | taste: 4 | feel: 3.25 | overall: 3.75
Pilot Batch 5/6/2015. On cask. Better than the original. No head or lacing due to being on cask. Only problem about casks is the mouthfeel. Prefer the beer to be colder and a bit more carbonated. Coriander comes through, but not overpowering. The hops are a great addition. Takes this to the next level. I hope they try other versions of this. This is a seasonal saison, but the original leaves something to be desired. "Spicing" it up like this is awesome.
