Pilot Batch 12/7/16. Milk stout with cinnamon, vanilla, pasilla chilis, coffee and cacao beans. Smell is coffee and spice. Flavor is similar with a nice heat from the pasillas. Also a decent sweetness from the lactose. The burn on the chilis lasts a bit. Love it. This is very good. If it had a thicker body and 'chewier', this would be their best beer to date. Highly recommended.
