Pilot batch 2/8/17. This is their Cajun Stout brewed with red chilis, poblanos and habaneros. Dark brown color. Smell is roasted malts and chocolate. Flavor is BIG chocolate with a heavy chili burn on the back end. This is a great beer for the spice head. I like it that it was very spicy, but you could really taste the base beer. Solid job
