Brewed with NC grown malt from Riverbend Malt house and Colister honey. Designed to showcase the floral aromas and flavors of the blackberry honey, which was added to the boil as well as post fermentation.

Limited on-tap release. Blonde ale with cloister honey added. Nice yellow color. Big head. Smell is sweet. Taste is big on the sweetness from the honey, but not cloying. Lingers. Big on the honey, but in a good way. I can't really handle sweet beers, but this was great.
