3/7/2018 pilot release. 5% sweet stout aged on dried NC bourbon-soaked oak chips with Doc Porter's Distillery bourbon.

Pilot batch 3/7/18. Milk stout aged on bourbon staves. Color is deep brown. Smell is roasted malts. Flavor is roasted malts and some sweetness. No sign of bourbon whatsoever. This was your average milk stout, but didn't get any of the bourbon flavor from the staves.
