Pilot Batch 8/15/18
This is a very easy drinking, light beer that finishes dry and crisp. A higher carbonation level helps drive the illusion that you are truly drinking the champagne of beers. No dry-hopping in this one, but a single charge of Nelson Sauvin hops at whirlpool.

Pilot batch 8/15/18. Brut-style pale ale. Pretty effervescent. Light hop aroma. Flavor is slightly hopped with bubbly and dry mouthfeel. Definitely going for that Champagne style. Very tasty. I really enjoyed this one
