Pilot batch 3/8/19
This Belgian wit was brewed with a traditional malt profile utilizing around 50% Riverbend Pilsner with the remaining profile being flaked wheat and some flaked oats. From there, non-traditional spices were used during the late boil, adding tellicherry and white peppercorns, along with fennel to add a unique and pleasant twist to this already tasty Belgian ale.
