Pilot Batch 3/29/29
Look spaghetti arms, this light bodied beer shares the same expressive character of an ale, with the crisp, clean finish found in lager beers. This Kolsch was brewed with German Pilsner and German Vienna malt and Spalt hops. Fresh watermelon juice was added post fermentation to make this the perfect beer for us to dance into spring. Johnny and Baby both approve. Nobody puts this Kölsch in the corner!
