Traditional Czech pilsner brewed with fresh picked Michigan Zuper Saazer hops. Pale yellow in color with a dense white head, with aromas of biscuit and light toast from the malt, along with mild grass and spice aroma from the fresh green hops. 100 lbs of wet hops were added during whirlpool to showcase the hop qualities oand low bitterness.

From tap poured into a pint glass.
Appears clear, Golden, nice lacing and white foamy head.
Smells lightly malty and floral.
Tastes crisp, clean, light malt and enough bitterness to really interest me.
Mouth feel is light and crisp.
Overall, I would definitely order again. A solid beer.
