We are a small, family owned brewery celebrating the 70th birthday of one of our owners as best we can in these strange times. We brewed this West Coast IPA for Brian Harker and had to put him on the label! This beer has all the traditional flavors and aromas of what an IPA started out to be. You can smell all the aromas of grapefruit, pine, citrus and the bready malt backbone. Flavors of pineapple, grapefruit, a touch of dankness and a soft bitterness on the palate. 7.3% ABV.

Back in my Day WCIPA is an ode to the 2005 WCIPA - unapologetically bitter without going over the top with a smaller than history toasted malt hit with pine, resin, and grapefruit hoppiness. Not the most complex hop character but enjoyable and a good accompaniment to sausage pizza.
