This gose was brewed to honor the 50 years of Earth Day. Made with ginger root, lime, and hibiscus flower from the Earth, salt from the ocean, honey from a living species, and yeast and bacteria from the sky. It pours a vibrant red, almost like fruit punch, with aromas of tart hibiscus flower and fresh squeezed lime. With just enough salty, sweet, and acidic flavors to keep you sipping on this all summer long.
