High Top Hazy DIPA is DDH with Galaxy, Strata and Citra. We get notes of sun-warmed orange blossom, fresh grapefruit zest and dank passionfruit. Special thanks to our pals @d_c5 and @spacekaseclt for coming out and helping with the brew day

Poured from a crowler to a pint glass. Pale yellow color, but completely opaque. Aroma is big and hoppy. Flavor is bitter citrus, but not overly. Grapefruit pith up front. Moderate mouthfeel. Somewhat effervescent. Nice take.
