This imperial stout was aged in second use bourbon barrels to give a slight bourbon and oak aroma. We then aged the beer on toasted coconut, toasted marshmallows and cacao nibs. Deep black in appearance with confectionary aromas of open fire toasted marshmallow, sweet vanilla, and mounds coconut bars. Sweet and full-bodied flavors of smores, toasted coconut and creamy chocolate.
