Served on-tap at Triple C Brewing on Griffith Street in a tapered glass.
A: Brilliant gold with 1-2 finger frothy head with good retention and lacing.
S: Aroma is a bit on the light side but mainly cereal grain and light sulfur with lightly spicy noble hop note.
T: Flavor has much more punch with huge grain blast dominating but backed with a solid moderate bitterness and light herbal and spicy noble hop in the finish.
M: Great body, light-medium with creamy mouthfeel overall and soft carbonation and crisp, light dry finish.
O: O.G. Is a delicious Czech pilsner with awesome maltiness and a good punch of bitterness and noble hop character to provide a balanced and enjoyable beer.
