This classic double West Coast IPA is both bitter and malt forward. Brewed with classic American hops for a blend of citrus and piney hop flavor and aroma balanced by a mild warming malt sweetness. What American craft beer was built on in the beginning.

Not a bad stab at the old school WCDIPA but it needs more hop flavor aside from resin to battle with the obvious fruity-rose floral alcohol aroma and flavor. Good feel, drinkable with a dry finish. In the Beginning just needs to beef up the dry hops and the overall hop presence.
