Brewed for our friend Jason's wedding. This American ‘West Coast’-style pale ale was brewed with local Pilsner malt and wheat, in addition to a touch of flaked oats. Expect a present yet balanced bitterness from Simcoe and Cascade hops followed by amazing aromas of grapefruit, tangerine and a touch of lemongrass.
