Pours a deep yellow with a soapy white head. Flavor is strong Belgian yeast, a little spiciness, and citriss. Flavor is again dominated by the Belgian yeast, paired with some malt to offer some sweetness to it, and a spicy peppery finish. Mouthfeel could use some more activity and less fullness. Overall, alright I guess. I'd like to try this again after they have brewed it a coupe times to see if it improves.
