Picked up as part of a mixed 12-pack from the Ingles on Spartanburg Highway 8-30-21 for 17.99. Born on 5-20-21; consumed 9-24-21.
Beer poured a pale clear gold with a nice white head with the original pour.
Nose is white crackers and floral hops.
Taste is a cracker malt base with a nice clean floral hop finish that has a touch of pepper.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and crisp and clean.
Overall a nice clean light American lager that is very sessionable!

One of the cleanest craft light lagers in the USA. Pours a lighter straw, emits the perfect fresh light malty aromas, fluffy white head.... and tastes exactly like you want it to, after smelling it. Top notch quality brewing process produces such a clean beautiful lager that really raises the bar for local American lager. A regular in my light lager rotation for sure, it goes down easy and fast! If you like this style and have the taste, don't miss out. NOt to mention the main man at Brevard Brewing is a top shelf peron and straight up good dude. He and his team are doing it right.

12 oz. can poured into pub glass, it's a lighter straw with nice white head and nice fresh mineral water, grain, and hop aromas.
Tastes pure and clan, follows nose all, and just a really well made American Lager that is amazing compared to the giant corporate beers. Incredible quality and well worthy of many six packs throughout a season or two!

On tap at brewery
OK, I know this style is supposed to be light colored, but this version is a very light golden color. Perhaps the brewer wants to provide something for the multitudes of light beer drinkers who tend to be wary (or worse) of craft brews. Comes with a small white head.
The aroma and flavor are subtle but quite pleasant with absolutely no off-notes. Obviously not a bold brew, but more flavorful than avg for style.
Don't let the appearance put you off; this is a tasty and highly drinkable lager. Very good for style. Beer geeks will prefer one of the other Brevard Brewing beers, all of which are bolder, but this is a great starting place for those new to craft beer.
