Golden color with a definitive haze. No head nor any lace.
Dry cardboard aroma. A bit of yeast and stale beer in the background.
The taste is a step up with some nice farmhouse notes (clean and lightly tart). Thinnish body with an elevated carbonation level, appropriate for the style. Spicy bite to the swallow with a black pepper zing.
