Presentation: On tap.
Appearance: Hazy pale golden with a faint white lace.
Smell: Liquorice, mild coriander and lemon zest.
Taste: A zing of liquorice and star anise are dominant followed by mild lemon rind, soft coriander and hints of dry grain. Hop bitterness is mild and the warming alcohol in the back adds to the complexity.
Notes: A truly interesting brew yet refreshing none the less.
