"Really love your peaches want to shake your tree." -SMB
Deep marigold color in the center with a dramatic change to pale yellow on the edges. Head breaks up easily but leaves a few lacey squiggles on the glass for it's efforts.
Clove. Lots of clove and the first fruit I smell isn't peach, it's banana. If peach is there it's faint.
Again, clove dominates the palette but the peach does emerge a bit like a peachy banana smoothie.
Usually in fruit beers the fruit is overpowering and the base beer is lacking. Park St. is exactly the opposite in that it's a great hef and the peach is somewhat overshadowed.
