From tasting notes 06/13/18
Had on-tap at Roundtable Clubhouse in Citrus, Heights, CA
Appearance - Served up in a 16oz snifter, opaque and dirty orange with a thin, off-white layer of suds atop and a thick buildup around the edge if the glass. Strong lacing all along the glass, with broken sheeting covering most of it.
Smell - Fair aromatics, with a hints of grapefruit, orange, green pine and pineapple.
Taste - Flavor has a dirtier profile than the nose leads on. Grapefruit, pine, orange and a hint of mango upfront. Mid-taste brings some earth and mild pineapple, then turns more fruity at the finish. Aftertaste rings with distant grapefruit pith and pineapple.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with fair, tingly carbonation. Slick, slightly creamy carbonation with an easy drinking, slightly dry finish.
Overall - Solid hazy. Interesting touch of earth in there. Better than their previous hazy brews I've tried.
