Poured on-tap at the brewpub and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a dark amber-brown coloring with a clingy, foamy, off-white head. Nose of roast, rich sweet nut and cream. Flavors are coffee and nut forward, with a decent sweet and bitter blend. Smooth, creamy body with a roast, slightly bitter aftertaste. Clean, smooth finish. Very drinkable, balanced, and tasty.
