A dark saison style ale brewed with pink, white, and black peppercorns. The spice from the peppercorn is evident but subtle. A smooth, easy drinking dark Belgian-style that has the typical dry spicy finish from the farm house yeast, but with a slightly maltier backbone than its lighter brethren.
