12oz Bottle; August 2015 Release; Tasted (11/17/15)
Look: A somewhat aggressive pour yields a quarter inch mocha colored head. The center slowly dissipates leaving beautiful whisks on the surface. The liquid is totally jet black and doesn't let in a single ray of light.
Smell: Notes of milk chocolate and coffee, but not overwhelming.
Taste: Really incredible flavors here. Sweet dark chocolate fudge, chocolate lava cake, and even some chocolate milk aspects. The coffee is there but takes a back seat to that amazing chocolate flavor. Nice sweet and bitter-roasty balance between the chocolate and coffee.
Feel: Great mouth feel to this beer. It's thick, chewy and has a creamy frothyness. Very reminiscent of a milk stout actually.
Overall: This is the first true Wow beer I've had in a while. There's very little to find fault in with this beer. It reminds me of a less boozy BCBCS that has amped up chocolate notes and has been hit with some lactose. If this was easily accessible, I'd be buying cases.

A monster of a beer. Thick, motor oil like consistency. Coats your mouth and leaves a nice flavor around for quite some time. Big chocolate notes accompanied by a perfect sweetness make this a decadent sipper.
