16 oz. can dated 7/23/20
Very strong citrus aroma rushes out of the can and out of the glass during the pour. Turbid tan haze with no floating particles. Two fingers white variable head. Full lacing curtains and cap.
Orange, pineapple, grapefruit, light yeast scents.
Orange, pineapple, grapefruit juice, light mango and pine flavors.
Soft mouthfeel with some hop bitterness at the back of the tongue. Full body leaving spicy hop residue, but not astringent. No alcohol heat or hop burn.
Fruity, soft mouthfeel, well crafted, In distribution, what more are you looking for in an NEIPA?

A: Orange juice. Small bits of yeast. Long lasting, white head. Pretty opaque with nice color.
S: Orange and rose. Perfumy and fragrant.
T: Almost no bitterness. Sweet with a nice maltiness on the back. Orange with some lemony acidity. Nicely balanced, not overdone.
M: Not the normal haze mouthfeel. A little cleaner and sharper. Not as velvetty.
O: High drinkability. Has a lot of the great flavors of a NE IPA without going overboard.
