16oz can poured into a tulip
A-pours black in color with a one-finger foamy khaki head that reduces to a ring
S- roasted/charred malt and chocolate up front, followed by undertones of pepper skin, vanilla cream and cinnamon
T- chocolate and roasted malt up front, followed by some light creamy vanilla notes. Mid-palate gives a hint of cinnamon and caramel. The finish gives more charred malt and cinnamon. The pepper is there more in heat, rather than flavor
M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel and a slightly warming pepper finish
O- nice roasty stout but was looking for the adjuncts to pop a bit more

Appearance: Pours espresso colored with a thin cap that quickly fades to a ringet; dribbles of lace
Smell: Chocolate and roast tones with cinnamon and hot pepper elements
Taste: Roast and chocolate forward with pepper tones emerging; some cinnamon and pepper burn on the finish
Mouthfeel: Surprisingly thin body with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: Decent, but the mouthfeel is thin and it needs more chocolate flavors
