The second in the Burst series. Brewed with real Madagascar vanilla beans, and a bunch of pink guava.

A: Pours a murky medium to dark golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + burnt orange + honey colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense creamy foamy white head that reduces to a medium to large sized patch of very thin film covering a little more than 50% of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Just shy of strong aromas of tropical pink guava with light to moderate aromas of vanilla. Underneath there are just shy of moderate aromas of biscuit + wheat + oat malts with a light amount of grainy + caramel sweetness and light aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit + citrus/orange hops.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + wheat + oat malts with a light amount of grainy + caramel sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of vanilla and just shy of strong flavors of tropical pink guava. Finally there are light flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit + citrus/orange hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away almost instantly leaving moderately strong lingering guava flavor.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Lightly crisp initially with a lightly soft/fluffy mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a fairly pleasant mouthfeel. Enjoyable especially if you are a big fan of guava like I am. I could easily have a couple of these.
