Look: It pours yellow and clear with a white head. Head retention is very good.
Smell: It has a spicy aroma with bready grainy sweetness. There is a low citrus background note.
Taste: The flavors are spicy with a bread grainy sweet malt element. There is low floral and low citrus.
Feel: It has a medium body with a bitter aftertaste.
Overall, the citrus makes an interesting impression on this pils even though it's not traditional.
