Starting with a sour base, we added blackberry and lemon to this one. Quenches your thirst, just like a blackberry lemonade on a hot day.

A: Pours a murky cloudy opaque purplish pink in color (very similar to Ocean Spray Mauna Lai) with light to moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and faint watermelon pink + ruby red colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall fizzy sudsy foamy slightly pinkish white head that reduces to a medium to large sized patch of thin film covering a little more than 65% of the surface of the beer and a very thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of lemon citrus and light aromas of slightly tart/slightly sweet blackberries over the top of light aromas of slightly sour wheat malts with a light amount of lacto tart citrus/lemon + a slight hint of funk.
T: Upfront there is a light flavor of slightly sour wheat malts with a light amount of lacto tart citrus/lemon + a slight hint of funkiness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of lemon citrus and light to moderate flavors of slightly tart/slightly sweet blackberries. There is a slightly heavier than light amount of lingering tartness in the finish.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly heavier than expected for the style but there is a light amount of acidic prickliness.
O: Drinks pretty easily considering the strength for the style as well as having well hidden alcohol. Enjoyable with a nice combination of lemon + blackberry though I wished the blackberry was a little stronger.

Pours a creamy, cloudy watermelon-flesh color with two fingers of pink-tinted head that dissipate fairly quickly. Zero lacing.
The first impression I get from the nose is of Italian herbs. There’s also lemongrass and arugula. It’s slightly tart. There’s a hint of berry in there, too — but it’s detectable mainly because I know it’s in there. The smell is much more green and herb-like.
The taste follows fairly closely. There’s some clear tartness and lemon, but it’s dominated by spicy greens lettuce and fresh herbs. There is a little berry in the finish.
Medium bodied and slightly creamy feeling with moderate carbonation.
This is definitely the most arugula-forward beer I’ve bee has. Not what I was expecting and not really to my taste.

Thick, shake-like Berliner Weisse above 7%..never had a version of the style quite like this one! Bursting with blackberry flavor, ample lemon rind to give it tartness, and a murky purple-ish/pinkish opaque color. 5/5 would buy again!

Appearance - Pours opaque dark pink with a thin white head that settles to a thin cap. Spotty white lacing.
Aroma - The lemon is most prominent, a hint of tart fruit but cannot make our blackberry in particular. Little salt.
Taste - The lemon and blackberry seem to fight each other, the lemon hits first then quickly fades to a mild blackberry before the lemon comes back. Sort of a muddled fruit flavor.
Feel - Medium bodied thicker than expected for the style but it a fruited beer. Clean finish.
Overall - It is a fine beer, nose is sort of muted flavors are fine but nothing stands out.
