Canned 2/4/2020. Enjoyed in a tulip glass.
Full murk orange shade of amber, one finger of cream head, full curtains of lacing, light cap with islands of variegated bubbles.
Strong orange juice aroma, mango, light pine, bread yeast.
Grapefruit, tangerine, mango, apricot, light lime, pine, remote light malt and grass flavors.
Smooth soft mouthfeel up front, light hop tingle across the tongue, dryish finish; no alcohol heat, citrus aftertaste, consistent carbonation.
Delicious DIPA. Another success from Heist.

Orange brew with a giant head. Smells like sweet oatmeal and oranges. Tastes like orange juice with some pithy bitterness. Pretty sweet and a bit creamy. Overall delivers on the OJ promises.

A: Pours a murky medium to dark golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + honey orange + burnt orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a medium sized patch of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/orange, tropical/mango, stone fruit/apricot, and pine hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + oat + wheat malts with a light to moderate amount of honey-like sweetness.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + oat + wheat malts with a light to moderate amount of honey-like sweetness. That is followed by strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/orange, tropical/mango, stone fruit/apricot, and pine hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving strong lingering citrus hop flavors.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body with a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Very enjoyable with really pleasant citrus + tropical + pine hop flavors and aromas and just enough sweetness. Fantastic!

Bigger brother to MO-J. Turbid yellow color. Amazing hop nose. Citrus to the core. Flavor is exactly the same. Big citrus hop bite. Medium bodied. Another stellar NEIPA from Heist
