Collaboration with Incendiary Brewing Company
This hazy double IPA was brewed with Citra and Rakau, then double dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Citra. Bright citrus aromas followed by flavors of white wine and tropical fruit.

A: Pours a murky milky medium golden honey in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + medium golden yellow + orange + burnt orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of medium thick film covering a little more than 75% of the surface of the beer surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit, tropical/mango, tropical/papaya, gooseberry, and stone fruit/peach hops over the top of moderate aromas of biscuit + oat + wheat + honey malts with moderate amounts of honey sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + oat + wheat + honey malts with moderate amounts of honey sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit, tropical/mango, tropical/papaya, gooseberry, and stone fruit/peach hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away instantly leaving lingering moderate flavors of tropical + citrus hops.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light to moderate amounts of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with extremely well hidden alcohol and a very pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a really successful combination of hop aromas and flavors. I could easily have a couple of these though they would definitely sneak up on you.
