This big stout rings in at 11.4% ABV, after an extended boil utilizing chocolate malt and Belgian candi syrup. After fermentation, we conditioned it on top of 20 pounds per barrel of house roasted pecans with caramelized brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon, and more than a pound per barrel of Madagascar vanilla beans. The final product brings massive waves of vanilla, followed by toasted marshmallow and pralines as it warms.
