This crisp, easy-drinking pilsner was brewed with CTZ hops, and fermented on Czech yeast. After weeks of lagering, this one has a mild bitterness, and a toasty bready character.

Cloudy golden pour with a billowing white head. Aromas of white bread, grains, cracker, pale hops, and pilsner malt, standard nose with a more pale tone. Taste really opens up in how the bread interacts with the pale hops and grains, really, really good stuff. Cracker, pilsner malt, grass, and faint citrus zest round out, great balance. Feel is not as pale as it tastes, solid body with strong yeast and malt leading. You could crush it but it has so much character you don't want to, could have this year round

Excellent soft golden body, clear; very lively carbonation; thin yet lasting white head, soft and foamy. Very pleasant, quite agreeable nose; light, bready malt quality with a faint estery sweetness. Beautiful, unique taste; flowery; white pepper and lavender; moderate, herbal hop bitterness. Light to medium body; somewhat coarse on the palate; feathery sweetness with an overall dryness.
This is an interesting pils. There is a strong floral element to it, counterbalanced with a bold hop bitterness. The looks are okay and the mouthfeel fine. Not a bad beer.

A: Pours a crystal clear medium yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate bright yellow + pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense fizzy foamy bright white head that reduces to a handful of small to medium sized patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of bready + very lightly toasted + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. There are light to moderate aromas of herbal + flloral + citrus/lemon hops and a moderate amount of lager yeast.
T: Upfront there are slightly heavier than moderate flavors of bready + very lightly toasted + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by just shy of moderate flavors of lager yeast. Finally there is a light to moderate flavor of herbal + flloral + citrus/lemon hops which impart a light to moderate amount of bitterness which slowly fades away leaving a clean finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a refreshingly crisp + clean mouthfeel. Enjoyable with nice bready malts and floral/herbal/lemon hop flavors and aromas. Good easily have a couple of these and would grab it again.

Drinking this at The Hops House Tap Room in Pittsboro NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks yellow blonde with a nice foamy head that dropped quickly and thin lacing.
Smells lightly bready, floral, and lightly citrusy.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a nice Czech that I might order again.
