West Coast style IPA, brewed and dry-hopped with Strata, Citra, Centennial, and Sequoia (formerly experimental hop HS-1228.) Strong citrus and piney aromas, with notes of dank passionfruit, orange zest, and a pleasant bitterness.

16 oz can, dated 3/31/22, bought from a refrigerated shop
pours a clear dark yellow golden color, thick bone-white colored head. good head retention and lacing. nice classic WCIPA hop aroma - citrus, pine resin, grapefruit, dankness. similar hop flavors in the taste, mild bready malt, dry bitter finish.

Enjoyed a pint for $6.50 while visiting the brewery with Da Boss on 4-30-22.
Beer was clear golden with a nice white head with the original serving.
Nose had some citrus and tropical fruits on top of the malty sweetness.
Taste was a moderate caramel pale malt base that showcased grapefruit, orange, and a touch of mango. Finished with a pithy and piney light bitterness; 5/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel was light to medium bodied and easy to quaff.
Overall a solid beer.

A: Pours a clear medium golden honey in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate bright yellow + burnt orange + medium golden yellow + apricot colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of thick film covering a little more than 95% of the surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of citrus/grapefruit + citrus/grapefruit pith + citrus/orange zest + dank tropical/passionfruit + pine hops over the top of moderate aromas of toasted + bready + caramel malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there were moderate flavors of toasted + bready + caramel malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of citrus/grapefruit + citrus/grapefruit pith + citrus/orange zest + dank tropical/passionfruit + pine hops which impart a light to moderate amount of lingering bitterness.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp upfront with a moderate amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and enough crispness/dryness to be really refreshing on a very warm spring evening after biking with the kids. Not quite the traditional/typical West Coast IPA hop profile but definitely the bitterness and mouthfeel.

Pours into an imperial nonic a chill hazed lighter golden with a half finger white head atop.Aromas of citrus with some underlying mown grass, nice enough but not west coast in my opinion.Flavors start with bit of a tropical/citric element that melds into some grass and then finally into some bitterness in a lingering finish, not much of a malt backbone.A nice beer, not a sweet juice bomb, but not an old school west coast style ipa either.
