While Two is Enough is our special brew for our team members that just had their second kid, this one is for those that have had one, and are perfectly content there. Triple hazy IPA, triple dry-hopped throughout with Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado. Dank pineapple, orange zest, and dark berries round out the aromas and flavors.

A: Pours a milky murky golden apricot in color with light to moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate peach + pale golden yellow + bright yellow + pale orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy tropical/pineapple (overripe) + citrus/orange + tropical/mango + citrus/orange zest + berry + dank hops over the top of moderate aromas of biscuit + pale + oat malts with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of sugary sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + pale + oat malts with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of sugary sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy tropical/pineapple (overripe) + citrus/orange + tropical/mango + citrus/orange zest + berry + dank hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving moderate lingering tropical + dank hops. Light to moderate flavors of booziness.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light to moderate amounts of creamy soft/fluffiness mid-body with a light to moderate amount of dryness in the finish. Light amounts of alcohol warming.
O: Easy to drink with pretty well hidden alcohol considering the strength (just a hint of boozy flavors + warming in the mouthfeel). Very enjoyable hop profile and some sweetness as would be expected in a TIPA.

Absolutely stellar triple hazy IPA. Perfect citrus-hoppy-juicy combination! Enjoyed on draft and canned...both stellar! Heist has the style dialed in!
