Don't start a riot! Just drink this west coast style IPA, brewed and dry-hopped with the classics: Simcoe, Amarillo, and Chinook. Traditional in every way: piney, with big notes of grapefruit, and a nice bitterness.

Look: It pours orange with a little bit of chill haze. It has a white head with excellent head retention.
Smell: It has some orange aromas up front with papaya. There are some melon elements in the background with touches of tangerine.
Taste: It has orange flavors with papaya and tangerine. There are light melon notes.
Feel: It has medium light bitterness in the finish with a smooth texture.
Overall, a nice favorable easy drinking beer.
