Our Southern Hemisphere hazy double IPA utilizes the revolutionary Phantasm powder, along with a hop combo of Rakau and Motueka from Freestyle hops. Expect huge notes of white wine, peach rings, ripe pineapple, and subtle passionfruit.

Heist should be part of any conversation regarding Hazy/NEIPA's...and Phantasm included as an outstanding example of the style! Freakin' amazing! 8% is invisible and this is slammable!

Picked up a single from the Blue Door Bottleshop 10-20-21 for $5.25. Canned 9-13-21; consumed 1-16-22. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured a hazy golden orange with a nice white head.
Nose is very nice with fresh tropical and citrus notes.
Taste is a substantial but lighter malt base that is accentuated nicely with a combination of orange and papaya. It finishes with a touch of pine and rind to balance things out nicely; 5/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and very smooth; guessing from an oat addition to the malt bill.
Overall another very tasty hazy from Heist!
