Who's ready for a bit more Night and Day collab action? This one courtesy of @mortalisbrewing and @imprintbrewing.
Combining our super fruited beers helped us take ours to another level. Hydra Schmoojee Pick'n is just saturated with more fruit than we have EVER used in a beer. Over 1.25 TONS of pureé found its way in here. And it still finished at 7% ABV.
Strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, and lemon, all in different ratios. Finished over a touch of coconut to help round this beer out so it's not overwhelmingly tart!
And here's the kicker: we left all of the fruit in the beer while packaging. This is about as close to a true smoothie as we may get!
